제목 Improvement of the Efficiency in Polymer Photovoltaic Cells with Copper Phthalocyanine Interlayer
초록 Efficiency improvement ofpolymer photovoltaic cells by incorporation of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) used as an interlayer between the poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene:polysyrenesulfonate and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT):[6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) active layers, was studied. CuPc interlayer is deposited by thermal evaporation onto the buffer layer, and the active layer is subsequently deposited by spin-coating. The incorporation of CuPc interlayer enhanced the light harvesting and improved the power conversion efficiency of polymer photovoltaic cells.
