Thermal Evaporation을 이용한 Tin oxide의 nano wire 제조 |
| 초록 |
We has been studied the template-based growth of nano-wire of tin oxide. Tin oxide nano-wire with a diameter about 500 nm and a length of about 20 μm were grown by thermal evaporation. Power X-ray diffraction was carried out on a Rikaku DMAX-33 with Cu-kα radiation and Ni filter. The morphologies of particles are obtained by the high resolution transmission electron microscopy, JEOL-2010 transmission electron microscopy was used with an accelerating voltage of 200kV. |
