제목 Preparation of Photo-reactive Low Molecular-O-Carboxy Methyl Chitosan (LM-O-CMCS) Derivative and its Applicability as an Anti-Adhesion Material
초록 Chitsoan derivatives are possible to apply variety fields. But chitosan is insoluble in water, so low molecular O-carboxymethyl chitosan (LM-O-CMCS) was made by removing viscosity of O-carboxymethyl chitosan. LM-O-CMCS was introduced furfuryl group that is visible light reactive group, it is the safety different from ultra-violet(UV) radiation. In addition, this photo reactive polymer is nontoxic in vivo. In this study, LM-O-CMCS of water soluble and visible light immobilization is using and to understand a FT-IR, 1H-NMR, contact angles, cured test, measurement of cross-linking maintain, scanning electron microscope, and cytotoxicity test and to determine whether it can be applied anti-adhesion material.
