제목 Preparation of Photo-reactive Low Molecular-O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan (LM-O-CMCS) Derivative and its applicability as an Anti-adhesion Material
초록 Chitosan derivatives are possible to apply variety fields. But chitosan is insoluble in water, so Low Molecular O-Carboxy Methyl Chitsosan (LM-O-CMCS) was made by removing viscosity of O-Carboxy Methyl Chitosan (O-CMCS).LM-O-CMCS was introduced furfuryl group that is visible light reactive group, it is the safety different from Ultra-Violet(UV) radiation. In addition, this photo reactive polymer is nontoxic in vivo. In this study, LM-O-CMCS of water-soluble and visible light immobilization is using and to understand a FT-IR, 1H-NMR, Contact Angle test, Measurement of cross-linking, Measurement of cross-linking maintain , Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and Cytotoxicity test and to determine whether it can be applied anti-adhesion material.
