Development of microfluidics chip based biomimetic extracellular matrix systems and its application for monitoring cellular invasion and migration |
초록 |
Cell culture in microfluidics chip has large potential application in the tissue engineering. In this paper, we applied MMP sensitive-hyaluronic acid based hydrogel to integrated polymeric nanofiber membrane with the cell chip. Using flow diffusion in microfluidics chip generated nutrient gradient in hydrogel. Hydrogel in cell chip degrade by cell matrix metalloproteinase, it induce to cell migration and it is easy to cell invasion and cell alignment Key word : microfluidic chips, hydrogel, cell alignment.
