제목 Synthesis and Characterization of PLA/PEG/PLA multiblock copolymer : Cell Adhesion and Molphology
초록 The aim of this study was to prepare Elastic biodegradable films for Tissue barrier. Poly(ethylene glycol)/poly (L-Lactide) (PEG/PLGA) multiblock copolymer with different PEG/PLA ratios was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization. Structure and physical properties of multiblock copolymer were determined by NMR, GPC, XRD, and DSC. The preparation of biodegradable film was based on solvent casting. The morphology and adhesion of cell were viewed with SEM. The physical properties of biodegradable film were determined by contact angle, XRD, and UTM.
