Interdependence of chemical structure, transport properties, and thin-film morphology is a key, yet often difficult to find feature characterizing the design and increase of high-mobility, solution-processed polymer for flexible electronics applications and large-area. In order to achieve the specific requirements of environmental stability and low process temperature> 1cm2 of V-1, S-1 field effect mobility (μ), especially in this instance of electron-transporting polymer, which is so far falling behind hole transporting materials. Therefore this study serves the purpose of presenting high-electron-mobility, a promising copolymer that is low process temperatures, and of definitely highlighting the necessity of clearly investigating channel morphology in evaluating the structure–property nexus of semiconducting polymer thin films. |
