제목 | A high-efficiency Organic Charge Modulated Field Effect Transistor with Functionalized Organic Interlayers |
초록 | Organic Charge Modulated Field Effect Transistor (OCMFET) has been successfully applied as a sensor for detecting physical variables such as pressure and temperature and chemical variables such as pH and DNA in recent years. The OCMFET is biased through the control gate and operates on the principle of controlling the charge carrier density inside the transistor channel by controlling the charge or charge distribution generated from the floating gate. However, studies related to the existing OCMFET devices are focused on their applicability as sensors, and studies on efficient driving and performance improvement of OCMFET devices are lacking. In this study, OCMFET performance was optimized by analyzing the correlation between various self-assembled monolayers and gate induced voltage by applying interfacial control technology between the gate insulating layer and the control gate of the device. |
