Characteristics of P3HT/ZnO Based Hybrid Photovoltaic Films |
| 초록 |
We prepared bulk-heterojunction hybrid photovoltaic cells using conjugated polymer (P3HT) as p-type donor and ZnO nanoparticle as n-type acceptor. Addition of surfactants reduced aggregation of ZnO nanoparticle and consequently resulted in well dispersed hybrid films. Structures and the photovoltaic properties of hybrid films were investigated in details. |
