제목 나노복합체 구조 제조 및 나노복합체 구조 기반 열전소재 성능향상Fabrication of nanocomposites and their applications for thermoelectric performance enhancement  
초록 Recently, energy harvesting from environment of mechanical, thermal, and photonic energies has received much attentions for their potential applications as an self-powering system. Especially, thermoelectrci energy generation can be a good solution for this if the energy conversion efficiency can be enhanced compare to current status. To overcome, this critical issues, for last few years, many researches have focused on controlling the transports of phonon and electrical charge carriers. Especially, charge carrier filtering can very effective way if the nanocomposites based on the metal and thermoelectric materials can be realized. We report on the fabrication of  thermoelectric nanocomposite structures based on metal and BiTe thermoelectric powders. The metal element was chosen by considering the electron energy band structures. We could successfully fabricated the conformally metal coated thermoelectric powders and confirmed the thermoelectric performances.
