제목 Triboelectric nanogenerators based on mechanically robust and magnetic polyvinylidene fluoride/Fe3O4 composite nanofibers
초록 Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/Fe3O4 nanoparticle (NP) composite nanofibers (NFs) with are made by electrospinning method to improve magnetic and mechanical property. The Fe3O4 NPs are dispersed randomly in the PVDF NFs and was confirmed aggregation on the PVDF NF surfaces. Due to dispersion strengthening mechanism, when Fe3O4 NPs was added from 5.7 to 17 wt%, mechanical strength of the of the PVDF/Fe3O4 composite NF is enhanced. The more amount of Fe3O4 NP content, the bigger magnetization value. The magnetization increases linearly. The PVDF/Fe3O4 composite NF-based triboelectric nanogenerator showed enhanced output performance with the Fe3O4 NP content less than 11.3 wt%, while degraded as the content exceeding this amount. Consequently, the PVDF/Fe3O4 composite NF can be applied as a mechanically robust wearable electrical power source with electromagnetic interference shielding for smart clothing.
