Direct Printing of Ecoflex using a Robotic Dispenser and Application to the Pressure Sensor Array |
초록 |
Ecoflex rubber which has thermosetting property was directly patterned on the several substrates using a robotic dispensing system. The mixture of main substance and curing agent of ecoflex were dispersed in dichloromethane and printed on the ITO-coated glass and PEN substrate with line and dot patterns. The height of patterns were controlled from 7 um to 100 um by the repetitive printing. Highly sensitive pressure sensors were fabricated by introducing of patterned ecoflex as a spacer between two electrodes and their initial sensitivity was measured as 0.4 ~ 2.7 kPa-1 according to the shape and height of the patterns. 5 x 5 pressure sensor array was also fabricated by using of ITO-patterned PEN substrate and their 3D profiles were visualized. |
