제목 Mineralized Hyaluronic acid-based hydrogels for bone tissue engineering
초록 Growing evidence show that three-dimensionalenvironment reveals fundamental mechanisms of cell function and that 3D culture system in vitro can facilitate the understanding of structurefunction relationship in normal and pathological conditions. This study aims to develop a biomineralized hydrogel system can serve as scaffolds promoting bone repair and regeneration. Biomineralization is an important natural phenomenon in bone and teeth formation. We prepared biomineralized hyaluronic acid-based hydrogels to apply biomimetic strategies to develop novel scaffold materials for bone tissue engineering. Their physicochemical characteristics and cytotoxicity were investigated.
