Highly clear conductive PEDOT electrode films hybridized with gold nanoparticles |
초록 |
Highly clear conductive polymer electrode films were made through self-assembling metallic poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene) (PEDOT) hybridized with charged gold nanoparticles. The composite system consisted of the PEDOT chains interconnected with gold nanoparticles showed conductivity value seven times higher than the value for the metallic polymer alone. The composite film has a conductivity as low as 82 ohm·square-1 and up to 85% optical transmittance when PEDOT was hybridized with gold particles of 12nm diameter. The change in conductivity was found to dependent upon the size of gold particles. It was clearly demonstrated that these transparent conducting polymer films hybridized with Au NPs have the potential to outperform conventional ITO especially for the application such as the fabrication of flexible OLEDs devices as anode. |
