Release of anti-restenosis drugs from polyethylene glycol-co-poly(DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles. |
초록 |
Rapamycin-loaded nanoparticles based on polyethylene glycol(PEG) and poly(DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) block copolymers (PEG-PLGA) were prepared by dialysis method. The Rapamycin- loaded nanoparticles of the PEG-PLGA copolymer had a particles size of 50-200nm according to drug content and degree of substitution of PEG. The morphology of Rapamycin loaded nanopaticles observed by transmission electron microscopy had spherical shapes with particle size of <50nm. Anti-restenosis drug loaded nanoparticles showed high drug loading efficiency over 80 % (w/w). |
