제목 Fabrication of monodisperse poly (methacryloyl phosphatidyl choline) hydrogel microspheres in micro-capillary devices
초록 This study introduces a flexible and straightforward method for generating monodisperse suspensions of hydrogel microspheres by using a microcapillary device-based microfluidic technique that enables tight control over the size and monodispersity of droplets as well as the interfacial property of monomer drop structures. We fabricates a new type of hydrogel microsphers mainly consisting of poly (methacryloyl phosphatidyl choline) (PMPC) because this polymer displays a highly enhanced biocompatibility due to the biological affinity of phosphatidyl choline moieties.
