Effect of acrylic monomer and DMPA contents on the adhesive strength of waterborne polyurethane-acrylates adhesive |
| 초록 |
To improve adhesive strength of the waterborne polyurethane-acrylates adhesive, a series of waterborne polyurethane-acylates containing different contents of acrylic monomer and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) were prepared from vinyl end-capped polyurethane prepolymer and acrylic monomers by the solvent-free/emulsifier-free method. This study examined the effects of acrylic monomer and DMPA content on the thermal, mechanical properties and adhesive strength to find the optimum content for obtaining high performance adhesive materials.
