BaTiO3 (BT) and NaNbO3 (NN), which are difficult to synthesize powders, was mixed at a molar ratio of 5: 5, and then an BT-NN films of with a thickness 5~10㎛ of were fabricated by aerosol deposition(AD) process. Then, a heat treatment was performed at 300, 400, 500, 600℃. The XRD analysis of the BT-NN film was confirmed that the crystallinity was reduced at 300, 600 and 700 at 32.3 and 57.7 degrees. these temperatures were the phase transition temperature of NN. So it is possible to confirm the dominance of NN in the BT-NN film. The polarization - electric field (P-E) hysteresis loops were examined by standard ferroelectic test system. As a result, It was confirmed that the remanent polarization(Pr) and the saturation polarization(Ps) increase and the ferroelectricity improves at the temperature range of 400 to 600 ° C. In this study, BT-NN film can be fabricated by AD process. And It is possible to search for new materials which are not known in the past or which are not fundamentally compounded. |
