제목 | Evaporation Crystallization of DNAM by Control of Evaporation Rate. |
초록 | DNAM is 4,6-Dinitroamino-1,3,5-triazine-2(1H)-one, it has better combustion efficiency, higher thermal stability and lower sensitivity than PSAN and HTPB used as explosive materials. It provides excellent explosive power in rocket internal combustion engines. For the crystallization of DNAM, when solvent 1 was used, It was confirmed by Raman and DSC. Evaporation crystallization , This is the simplest method to grow crystals. The kinetics of nucleation and growth based on the control of supersaturation, which are functions of operating variables such as agitation rate, feed composition and evaporation rate. the focus of this study is to control the median crystal size and defect of DNAM using Evaporation crystallization, the supersaturation was controlled by the evaporation rate using a decompression device. Through the study, it was found that the higher the evaporation rate, the higher the nucleation concentration and supersaturation, and the aggregation of crystals occurred. the size and defect of crystals were determined by optical microscope. |
