The ordered mesoporous material supported Rh catalyst for partial oxidation of methane |
| 초록 |
The ordered mesoporous (OM) materials were prepared according to the previously reported method, some steps of which were modified for partial oxidation catalysts to produce synthesis gas. By employing the structure directing agent and various solvents, the resulting structure was fabricated in the various types such as 2-D or 3-D pore structure. By impregnating Rh precursor solution into the ordered pores, additional drying and calcination, we prepared nano crystals inside the ordered mesopores. These OM-encapsulated nano catalysts are named nano channel reactors (NCRs). These NCRs showed the better catalytic performance due to successfully suppressing sintering, otherwise small nano sized crystals were agglomerated or sintered at the elevated temperature. |
