제목 Enhanced Light Extraction in Organic Light Emitting Devices via Photoinduced Auto-structure of Azobenezene Polymer
초록 Organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) have attracted attention for use next generation flat panel display because of advantage of high contrast ratio, high speed and low power consumption. However, OLED efficiency is typically limited by light trapping inside the device expecially near the transparent anode which is the important problem for device applications. Due to light trapping problem, although internal quantum efficiencies are almost 100 %, external quantum efficiencies are only about 20 %. To overcome this problem, we introduce an easy, simple, controllable and reproducible fabrication process using SRG (surface relief grating) of azobenzene material. This structure locate on glass substrates to improved the light extraction efficiency in OLEDs.
