제목 Plasma-Enhanced Pulsed Laser Deposition growth of Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide anode for Organic Light Emitting Diode
초록 This study examines Plasma-Enhanced Pulsed Laser Deposition (PEPLD) growth of Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) anode for use in Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED). By changing working power (watt), O2 gas flow rate (sccm), and growth temperature (℃), current-voltage-luminance(I-V-L) results were compared to conventionally used ITO anode (Samsung Corning Co. Ltd.). Some OLED devices composed of AZO anode show comparable characteristics to conventionally used ITO anode. These results indicate that the AZO grown by PEPLD could be a suitable transparent electrode of replacing ITO electrode for high-quality OLED.
