제목 Preparation of monodispersed PMMA/Ag hybrid particles: effect of plating condition
초록 Monodispersed PMMA-core/Ag-shell hybrid particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization and electroless silver plating. In this study, we found the optimum concentration of plating bath and activation agent, reaction time and Temperature. These particles were analyzed via SEM(scanning electron microscope), TEM(transmission electron microscope), TGA(thermogravimetric analysis) and 4-point probe. We obtained uniform and thick silver layer when the plating bath had 0.1M AgNO3 and activation agent was 1.2mM PdCl2 at room temperature in 1 hour. Hybrid particles uniformly coated had conductivity similar to that of metallic silver particles.
