제목 제지슬러지의 저비용 처리 및 무해화 재활용을 위한 광물탄산화 연구
초록 The sequestration of carbon dioxide to utilize high Ca ions in the leachate of acidified paper waste sludge was examined.The carbonation process of the leachate of paper waste sludge was optimized varying experimental conditions such as pH, temperature, pressure, ionic concentration of Ca using both high-purity(99.9%) and virtual-real(15%) carbon dioxide gases. In addition, neutral amines were also used to facilitate the carbonation process and its effect was elucidated in terms of the accelerated carbonation mechanism. The carbonation efficiencies in the presence of alkyl amine reached to above 95% and high purity ( > 99.5 %) calcium carbonate could be obtained. According to this method, the amount of paper waster sludge, high-cost disposal and environmental harmful material, could be reduced to over 80%. It is worth to note that the remaining residuals could also be used as calorific valuable energy resources
