제목 Organic material having a high occupied molecular orbital energy to improve electron injection
초록 Charge injection and transport are very important factors to decrease the power consumption and the driving voltage, and to increase the device lifetime of organic semiconductors. Among the devices, hetero-junction devices have been come into the spotlight. As the incorporated two different substances show different electron affinity, band gaps, and permittivity, therefore, hetero-junction devices show various electrical and optical properties opposed to homo-junction devices. Most of all, developing an electrical doping material is very crucial for the efficient semiconducting devices. Here, several kinds of organic compounds which can generate free electrons are designed and their molecular structures have been optimized and their molecular energy levels are calculated by using quantum chemistry calculation.
