제목 High thermal conductivity of polymer composites
초록 Thermally conductive polymer composites replace metal parts, thanks to the polymer advantages such as easy processing, corrosion resistance and light weight etc. Filler and orientaion of the polymer composites strongly affect their thermal conductivity. Graphene and multilayer graphene(MLG) have garnered tremendous attention due to the good thermal properties. The graphene and MLG as fillers and orientation control techniques using mold are investigated.
