The Effect of Counter Acid of Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine on the Rheological Properties of Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine/Cetostearyl Alcohol/Water Ternary System |
| 초록 |
In the ternary system of protonated stearamidopropyl dimethylamine (SAPDA)/cetostearyl alcohol/water, three dimensional lamella structure called ‘solid gel structure’ is formed by the arrangement of cationic surfactant and fatty alcohol. In the toiletry industry, this ternary system is applied to build up a lamella structure in hair conditioner. Our extensive study on the SAPDA neutralization has revealed that the visco-elastic behavior of the lamella structure is affected by neutralizing acids. |
