제목 Enhancement in the hole mobility of perovskite solar cells by incorporating an additive to the hole transporting layer
초록 We have investigated effects of a low-molecular-weight hole-transporting material (LHTM) as an additive of a polymeric HTM (PHTM) on the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells. A device with a blend film of PHTM:LHTM showed an enhancement in open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current and fill factor, resulting in a 9% increase in power conversion efficiency, compared to that of the control device with the pristine PHTM layer. This enhanced performance was attributed to an increase in the hole mobility and a decrease in the charge recombination of the solar cell with the PHTM:LHTM blend film.
