제목 Highly Sensitive Near-Infrared SERS Nanoprobes for in vivo Imaging using Gold-assembled Silica Nanoparticles with Controllable Nanogap
초록 In this study, gold (Au)-assembled silica (SiO2) nanoparticles (SiO2@Au@Au NPs) as NIR SERS nanoprobes were synthesized by using seed-mediated growth method. The SiO2@Au@Au NPs were prepared by controlling the Au precursor in the growing step. As a result, surface plasmonic band SiO2@Au@Au NPs the nanogaps between Au NPs on the SiO2 surface can be controlled from 4.16 to 0.98 nm which generate SERS hotspots. SiO2@Au@Au NP with 0.98 nm gap showed the high SERS signal under 785 nm excitation (enhancement factor ~ 3.8×106). SiO2@Au@Au nanoprobes were detectable in vivo SERS signals with 16 μg/mL in a 7 mm deep in animal tissue. SiO2@Au@Au NPs with 14 different Raman label compounds have distinguishable SERS signals while subcutaneously injection into nude mice, which shows having potentials to be used as a multiplex nanoprobe for in vivo applications.
