New polyol synthesis of silver nanowires using monomeric stabilizer |
| 초록 |
The polyol synthesis of silver (Ag) nanowires typically involves polymeric stabilizers such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). Here we report new synthetic method of Ag nanowires using monomeric stabilizers instead of polymeric stabilizers. Electron microscopy studies revealed that those Ag nanowires have a high aspect ratio with tens of micrometers in length and below 100 nm in diameter. Ag nanowires applied to electrode materials for flexible and transparent electronic devices. Our results suggest that not only polymers but also monomeric molecules can be used as a stabilizer for synthesis of silver nanowires. |
