제목 금속 분말 사출 성형으로 제조된 미세립 구리의 루더스 인장 변형 거동
초록 Equaxied fine-grained(FG) Cu specimen with a mean grain size of 1.8µm was fabricated using powder injection molding and hot isostatic pressing. This FG Cu specimen showed discontinuous yielding behavior caused by formation of Lüders band during uniaxial tensile test. We observed the microstructural difference such as grain morphology, Kernel average misorientation (KAM), misorientation angle distribution in Lüders band and non-Lüders band regions at yield point elongation stage by using Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD). It was confirmed that abnormal grain growth accompanied with twinning occurs in Lüders band region. The relationship between the abnormally coarse grain including twins and the yield point phenomenon was analyzed through microstructure characterization and nano-indentation test.
