초록 | In this paper, we analyzed domestic and international chemical accidents databases and developed chemical accident reporting system using the chemical accident classification codes. The codes are revised by adopting 2115 cases of chemical accident data in S. Korea over the last 20 years. The revised classification codes is composed of 12 upper, 70 middle and 272 lower classes. And the database is composed of data input, list-up, and searching, statistic and analysis modules. Each module is operated to find either just statistical results or invisible relations among accident data attributes. The chemical accident tracking system is available through the website and the data is treated using an on-line analytical system. The records are statistically analyzed to figure out frequent accident types, occasion and materials, etc in the Korea industry. We expect to be applied to the chemical accidents reporting and management system for prevention activities of chemical accidents and improve its manageability. |
