제목 Facile synthesis of Bipolar Containing Oxadiazole end capped Carbazole Moiety for Green Fluorescent Organic Light emitting Diodes.
초록 We have designed and synthesized a highly efficient bipolar containing oxadiazole end capped carbazole moiety CzPAF-OXD for green fluorescent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). It consists of the fluorenyl blocks and electron donating (Cz)/electron withdrawing group(OXD), which would facilitate the injection and transport of both holes and electrons, respectively. It exhibits an excellent solid state photoluminescence quantum yield of 63% and high thermal stability Td (5% weight loss) of 425oC. The HOMO and LUMO of CzPAF-OXD were 5.4 and 2.7eV, respectively. The green Fluorescent OLEDs were fabricated with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CzPAF-OXD/TPBI/LiF/Al. The optimized fluorescent OLEDs showed impressive device performance with maximum luminance efficiency of 10.7cd/A, maximum power efficiency of 3.4lm/W and maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.5% at 4.0V driving voltage.
