There're growing difficulties in waste solvent recycling siteshome and abroad becaues of the lack of involved structural system in market and the insecurity ofsolvent that can be reused by fuel.With the industrial development,quantitative growth is proportional to the yield of waste solvent,but industrial foundation of the fieldis so vulnerable.waste solventis one ofthe important industries that can make susbstiotution effect of foreign oiland the reduced cost of production.It needs national support.This study looks into the current situation and suggests a device that cancultivate recycling industry.First, waste solvent generating sites should distinguish solvent between recyling able and disable.second,the government should enact the rule on promotingrecycling in small sites.Third, relevant ministries should foster professionals and invest in development that could earn the competitive edge to recycling production.the public sector sould take the lead and responsibility of the industryandinterfere in insecure scrappedsolvent industry.Invigorating recycling industry would lead to environment-friendly business in the 21 century and is deadly needed to elevate the quality oflife and to strengthen nation's competitiveness. |
