제목 High performance Organic Photovoltaic enhancement in light harvesting using Au nanocluster
초록 Recent advances in molecular orgarnic photovoltaics (OPVs) have shown 8.9% power conversion efficiency (PCE) in case of conventional structure using Ag@SiO2 and now we demonstrate high-performance OPV using Au nanocluster for enhancement of light harvesting in UV-Vis range. Three type of device were tested, which are mixed with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly-(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS), polythienothiophene - co- benzodithiophenes 7 (PTB7) and phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) as active materials and coated between ZnO and active layer. Multipositional location of Au nanocluster showed each different PCE and the best performance of OPV show the 8.5% of PCE. Verify the effect of Au nanocluster, We measured Photoluminisence (PL), Raman spectroscopy, Absorbance and External quantum efficiency (EQE).
