제목 High Performance Organic Photovoltaics with Easy Controlling Nano Structure of ZnO    
초록 We developed the spontaneous ZnO nanoripple structure at low temerature. Using PTB7 (polythienothiophene-co-benzodithiophenes 7) resulted in PCE of inverted organic photovoltaic consisting of with 0.5M ZnO nanoripples (~8.4%). Nanoripple structure ZnO results in a higher contact area between ZnO and active layer, leading to an enhanced photovoltaic performance. futhermore, existence of nitrogen in the low temperature proceed ZnO film lead to control the band gap of ZnO. To verify effect of nitrogen in the ZnO thin film, we measured the XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy), UPS (Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy) and absorbance.
