제목 The pore structure control of activated carbon disk by reforming conditions of pitch
초록 The pitch is a kind of extraordinarily complex mixtures and properties of pitch such as softening point, molecular size and chemical structure are controlled by the reforming conditions. The properties of pitch was controlled by reforming temperature from pyrolysis fuel oil (PFO). Activated carbon disk were prepared by chemical activation (with potassium hydroxide) according to the reforming temperature of pitch. The prepared pitch and activated carbon disks were characterized by SEM, TGA, MALDI-TOF and BET. The pitch with high reforming temperature was decreased specific surface area and micropore volume. The reforming temperature of pitch was changed the softening point, molecular size and chemical structure, which influence their pyrolysis and activation behavior, leading to different porous structures of activated carbon disk.
