A Glucose Sensor Based on an Organic Electrochemical Transistor Using Nano-patterned Conducting polymer |
초록 |
Organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) based devices have attracted much interest in chemical and biological sensing applications due to their low cost and simple fabrication process. A Glucose sensor based on an OECT was prepared by nano-patterned conducting polymer. The driving principle of OECT is based on the electrochemical doping and de-doping of conducting polymer film in contact with a target solution. The sensitivity and detection range of the sensor could be tuned by adjusting the source-drain and gate bias. Herein, we present about nano-patterned OECT has faster response time which is within 1s to the low concentration solution compared to non-patterned OECT. |
