Graphene flakes are in the form of thin, flat particles and have low electrical properties due to the presence of intermolecular connection resistance. Due to these disadvantages, studies are underway to improve electrical properties in combination with metal particles, conductive polymers, or materials having conductive properties. While Poly-aniline (PANI) has conductivity, it is cheap and easy to synthesize. In this work, we demonstrate how a paste made by composite of Graphene flake obtained by direct exfoliation of graphite into an organic solvent and PANI, can be used for electrodes. Electrical properties were examined by tuning the ratio of Graphene / PANI, binder / solvent. As a result, the ratio of graphene / PANI was 1 : 4, and the binder / solvent ratio of paste solvent was 1 : 8. As the PANI ratio increases, the properties are improved while complementing the network. However, if the solvent ratio of the paste solvent is more than 1:8, the binder connecting the particle and the particle does not work. It is presumed that the net-work interferes with the proper configuration and impedes the movement of the charge. |
