Hydrogen attracts the attention as a clean energy source. However, the economic viability of hydrogen needs to be guaranteed for its extensive usability. For this purpose, the comprehensive analysis on its supply chain should be performed ranging from hydrogen production, storage, tranportation and distribution. In this study, mathematical optimization model for hydrogen supply chain was formulated and solved to find its feasibility. Then, the economic and environmental viablity was evaluated through case studies covering major cities in Korea. |
