KIOM-MA-128(KM-128) is obtained by hot water extraction from natural substances that shows the efficacy anti atopic dermatitis. When the pH and concentration of pluronic F-127(PF-127) was changed in the KM-128 suspension, the particle size and zeta potential of KM-128 suspension was measured. The pH and concentration of PF-127 had no significant impact on the KM-128 suspension. With the increase of the PF-127 concentration, the sedimentation velocity has slowed down. KM-128 suspension to measure the permeability of skin to changed the concentration of the suspension of KM-128. In addition, KM-128 suspension mixed together with cubosomes, then measured the skin permeation. As a result, the higher KM-128 concentrations, skin permeation ability has improved remarkably. Also cubosomes helped increase skin permeability of KM-128. However, when the concentration of cubosomes was increased from 0.5 % to 2.0 % with 2% KM-128 suspension, ability of skin permeation was inversely proportional. |
