Fabrication of anisotropic modified silica nanotube for nanocarrier |
초록 |
Anisotropic silica nanotubes with different internal and external functional groups can be utilized as a smart nanocarrier for catalyst. Silica nanotube with ca. 200 nm-diameter were fabricated by vapor phase synthesis using AAO as a hard template. The internal and outer surface of the silica nanotubes were asymmetrically functionalized by selective polymer and silane treatment. After introducing Pd salt inside the silica nanotube, Pd was reduced via bubbling of hydrogen gas. The silica nanotubes containing Pd nanoparticles were used as nanocarriers for the Heck reaction catalysis of olefination and have a high efficiency up to 99% and TON(turnover number) of 7.5 which was calculated based on GC/MS and TGA. |
