제목 Synthesis of Siloxane Polymers Containing Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane and Polyethylene Oxide for Polymer Electrolytes
초록 Substitued siloxane polymers containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and polyethylene oxide units, CH3(OCH2CH2)nOH, in the side groups were synthesized for the applications in polymer electrolytes. These polymers were prepared by hydrosilylation reactions of poly(methylhydrosiloxane) with different amounts of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and polyethylene oxide(n = 6, 8, 12) units. These new polymers having polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane units showed improved mechanical, thermal properties and dimensional stabilities as polymer electrolytes. The physical and electrochemical properties of these new polymers were characterized using TGA, DSC and impedence measurements.
