제목 Multi-layer electroadhesive pad fabrication using rubber polymer composite
초록 We have successfully fabricated flexible multi-layer electroadhesive pad using various polymer materials. Electroadhesion refers to the electrostatic forces caused by interaction between alternating charged polarized molecules with high voltage. This electroadhesive pad consists three layers such as flexible, electrode and insulation layer to cause superior adhesive force. Polyimide film was used as flexible layer while waterborne thermoplastic polyurethane was used as insulation layer. There are various variables that affects electroadhesive static force such as electrode line & space, the thickness of insulation layer and different voltage. And it is important to find high dielectric constant material such as graphene oxide and barium titanate in order to form insulation composite to clarrifies the relationship between adhesive force. The shear adhesive force of pad with insulation layer of 40 ㎛, at the voltage of 2 kV was 14.5 N. .
