제목 Synthesis of Nanorod-shape MgO Using Magnesium Glycinate Complex
초록 We reacted magnesium nitrate with glycine to produce magnesium glycinate complexes by adding a base in water. magnesium glycinate complex of rod shape was created by washing with methanol and drying in vacuum. Finally, magnesium glycinate complexes were pyrolyzed to produce nano-sized metal-oxide. Magnesium glycinate complexes and magnesium oxides were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elementary analysis, scanning electron microscope, differential thermal analysis, and transmittance electron microscopy.
