Research on synthesis of water soluble polymer and enhanced efficiency of optoelectronic devices |
초록 |
We have synthesized water soluble polymer which by the Suzuki type of polymerization reaction, shows good solubility in water and methanol. And we have achieved an efficiency in PLED with multi-layered polymer layers by introducing the water soluble polymer as an electron transport layer between the emitting polymer and the cathode metal. Devices with water soluble polymer are shows increased efficiency than devices without that. Also, Coated device by water soluble polymer doped CS2CO3 is most efficient of all. |
