Microporous materials have potential applications in separation, storage, and catalysis mainly because of their high surface areas. Recently, microporous organic polymers have attracted a significant attention owing to their good performance in gas adsorption as well as their mechanical and chemical stability. In this study, we synthesized microporous polymers based on a triazine unit and investigated their structures. The surface areas and gas adsorption properties of the polymers were controlled by changing the linker lengths between the triazine rings. |
