제목 Preparation and Properties of Nanocomposities of Waterborne Polyurethane-Acrylate / Nanosize TiO₂
초록 A series of waterborne polyurethane-acrylate hybrid were synthesized by In-situ polymerization techniquies. Nanocomposites waterborne polyurethane-acrylate hybrid / TiO₂ were prepared by using a homogenizer and an ultrasonic process. The content of nano size TiO₂ was in the range of 0~10 wt%. FT-IR spectroscopy, SEM(scanning electron microscopy), TEM(transmission electron microscopy), DSC(differential scanning calorimetry) and TGA(thermo gravimetric analyzer) were used to characterize the polyurethane-acrylate hybrid/TiO₂ nanocomposites. The effects of TiO₂ content and composition of polyurethane-acrylate hybrid on the properties was investigated in this study.
