Preparation of Conductive Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) composited with RGO/PVS synthesized by Noncovalent interaction |
초록 |
It needs high conductivity and excellent transparency for applying to transparent electrode used as touch panel. Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), the most commonly used as a transparent electrode material, has remarkable conductivity and transparency but It is in danger of being depleted soon. This study presents poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) as a replacement material of ITO. Graphene is a novel carbon nanomaterial having special electrical and optical properties, good conductivity, flexibility, transparency, and excellent stability. We prepared aqueous soluble reduced graphene oxide (RGO) through functionalization with poly(vinyl sulfate) (PVS) via noncovalent interaction. PEDOT is conjugated polymer having high conductivity and transparency. We fabricated the polyelectrolyte complex PEDOT:PVS/RGO adding acidic catalyst, oxidizing agent and PVS which was attached RGO via noncovalent interaction. |
