Preparation of Reduced Graphene Oxide/Poly (3,4-ethyldioxythiophene):Poly (Sodium 4-Styrene Sulfonate) and its electrical properties |
초록 |
Currently, Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) which often used as a transparent electrode is the danger of depletion. So, recently many studies are being conducted in order to develop a material that can be used as an alternative transparent electrode. We were prepared soluble RGO/PEDOT:PSS via noncovalent interaction. This preparation method is easy, also shows good flexibility, highly conductivity, excellent transparency, lightness and low-cost production. Therefore, used in many applications such as alternative transparent electrode and dye-sensitized solar cell. |
